Terms of Service

Services

West Web Co provides website design and development, hosting and website care, local online-presence services, branding, and design services as agreed upon in individual project proposals or service agreements. Prices shown on the website are starting prices unless specifically stated otherwise. The written proposal or service agreement controls the final scope, price, billing terms, and any minimum service term.

Payment

A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Website Monthly Plan

The Website Monthly plan has a 12-month minimum service term. The setup fee is charged when the customer enrolls. The payment method used for setup may be securely saved by Stripe for recurring billing. The recurring Website Monthly subscription is created automatically after a successful setup payment, and the first monthly payment is scheduled one month after setup, followed by monthly billing at the price shown and accepted at signup. If a valid West Web Co referral-partner discount is active at signup, the displayed discounted setup fee and recurring monthly rate become the customer's plan pricing for that signup.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final deliverables. West Web Co retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.

Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

West Web Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
